Overseas Conference & Partner Programme
DETAILS: The client holds an annual event bringing together staff and customers, the objective is to showcase projects to motivate and inspire whilst creating an atmosphere conducive to forming and maintaining relationships.
LOCATION: SOUTH AFRICA – Kwa Maritane
EVENT SIZE: 100 delegates & 30 partners
WHAT EYEAS DID: We organised a conference and partner programme which ran for 3 days with attached social activities. Some of the events included: Early morning safaris, Boma evening, feeding elephants and a Gala dinner. We took care of all registrations, information, transfers, accommodation, dietary requirements alongside the conference, partner programme and social events.
The highlight of the week was a project to completely revamp a local school, the day started with all teams being given a classroom and an outside area to work on, protective equipment and clothing were handed out and then everyone set to work – painting, washing, mending and installing new equipment.
The children and staff were ecstatic with the end result; the whole school had been transformed in one day. The company still have strong links with the school and receive regular updates on how everyone is getting on.
